Hello everyone,
We have a New Classic 700, can anyone help with info on antifouling by beaching her. I am concerned about pressure points on the hull and causing any damage and how to support the hull. We have sand and shingle locally. We also have scrubbing posts at the harbour next to mud covered concrete.
Also how do you anti-foul the very bottom when beaching.
Many thanks in advance

With the keel up you should not worry about beaching (if a sand beach off course)
These boats are made with falling dry on low tide in mind.
When the boat is out of the water in harbour it rests on 4 stamps, Beeching causes a lot more support for the hull so it wont do any damage. How you will reach the anti fouling under the boat would be my question, I would suppose using a crane to lift the boat out, give it a good pressure wash, and then judge wether she needs new anti fouling.
Oh and welcome off course, post a nice picture of the boat when beeched (or not
)
Thank you Hans for your help
You are more than welcome
