Hoi lieve vrienden! Ik sta op het punt een tweedehands Sportina 680 te kopen en om hier in Griekenland een vaarbewijs te krijgen, vraagt ​​de Griekse kustwacht mij om twee documenten en ik hoop dat u mij kunt helpen deze te verkrijgen.

Hey welcome and how cool that you found this place all the way from Greece. Yes I know Google is your friend but still!

Interesting you need to get a license and tied to the specific boat your buying. Guess that works differently everywhere.

Will rummage through the physical documentation I have and let you know of I find anything.

Would be amazing to sail my sportina in your waters haha. Just the thought!

This is the document I was looking for when registering my clever 23 in Belgium. Problem was solved with a lot of phonecalls…

I have the same problem with my recently purchased Clever 23, it was built in july 1998 and the belgian state requires a CE certificate of conformity for boats built from June 1998 !!! The boat comes from a Dutch shipyard “Lebbink Yachting” but it no longer exists.
The Polish shipyard Delphia confirmed to me that the Clever 23 was never built there. What should I do?

been there done that.
In my case it was solved after some phonecalls with the inspector in Ostend. He knew the brand and type and accepted the registrtion even without a picture of the CE plate. He proposed me that i should make such a plate myself.

My clever 23 is registered at the FOD with registration number B075256. probably you can refer to that registration in order to register your Clever 23.
I will also have a look if I find some mails regarding the procedure or the people to contact.

I found the mails from 2016.

In the mails they clearly say:

a) de DoC aan het dossier toevoegt, met ingevuld HIN (= rompnummer)

b) op basis van het voorbeeld in de manual het bouwersplaatje precies zo laat
maken in aluminium, en het aanbrengt ergens in de kuip, en daar een foto
van opstuurt. Bevestiging met pop-rivetten, en tevens ook geplakt met epoxykit zoals
in de norm staat.

So I have to make the plate myself and fix it to my clever. (Example of the plate is in the manuals)
